FAQ

How do I order?

You can configure your Quest ebike however you like it, directly on our website. Choose the options you want in the right side dropdown boxes. On the lower left side you will always see the current price for your bike. When you are happy with your design, click on → Order Now! You see a review of all the options with prices in the shopping basket.

How do I pay?

You have two options for payment:

  • Advance payment (Money transfer)

You transfer the amount on our account after placing your order. You find our Bank details and total amount due in your confirmation email. This payment option is free of charges within EU countries. For customers outside the EU, please choose „exempt from charges for recipient“ for the transaction. As soon as the money arrives in our account, we begin to build your Quest bike.

  • Credit card

We accept all major credit cards. After your payment has cleared,  we begin to build your Quest bike.

How much does it cost to ship my Quest?

Here is a table of the shipping costs for each country:

Austria 95 Euro

France, Great Britain, Romania 145 Euro
Finland, Sweden 180 Euro
Switzerland 165 Euro

If you don't find your country in this list, please contact our service team via email (support@abikecalledquest.com) or phone: +43 (0) 1 361 994 90. We will promptly offer you shipping information for your destination.

How long do I have to wait for my Quest?

We are a small, specialised factory and we build chic e-bikes. You don't get chinese containerware where everything is as cheap and loveless as possible. You order a bike from us, that we build to your specifications and design - right here in the center of Vienna, by experienced bike mechanics. That's why it takes a little bit longer than a discounter order. A noncommittal guideline for delivery time is about 3 weeks.

What do I need to know concerning my right of withdrawal?

All our Bikes are, without exception, custom-made products. Therefore no right of withdrawal according to the distance selling act exists after you have placed your order and we start building your Quest.
